From evaluating the best adaptive technology solution to customizing training to fit each client’s needs and preferences, our mission is to deliver the best service to every individual who depends upon the use of adaptive technology to achieve professional and personal goals.

Founded in 2002, Adaptive Technology Services is a leading provider of computer technology services for people who are blind and visually impaired. We provide services only, we make no equipment sales nor do we receive any financial compensation for our equipment recommendations, making our small business unique in California.

We are the sole small business model providing ‘services only’ for adaptive technology on the West Coast. Our diverse team of staff provides evaluations, set-ups, scripting and configuration, technology training, employment workshops, technical support, worksite accommodation, and Section 508 compliance testing throughout the US and Canada. Our training and technical staff keep current with the newest versions of software and hardware and can provide the highest level of on-site service. Our familiarity with the full range of products available helps make the installation process painless and trouble-free for the user.

Services can be provided at the client site or at the Adaptive Technology Services training center located in San Francisco.

Our training and technical staff have Federal security clearance with Social Security Administration and Internal Revenue Service.
