When my vision loss became such that I could no longer work at my computer, I was referred to ATS for an assessment.  Silvana Rainey was the first to show up at my office (with a halo over her head)!  Her expert training and support enabled me to continue in my position performing at an optimal level  for an additional six years!  I continue to avail myself of the ATS team expertise frequently. There is no service that surpasses their professionalism, knowledge and personalized support.

It is a pleasure to be able to write something about Adaptive Technologies Services (ATS).  I have utilized their services since its inception.   I can’t say enough about my experiences;  ATS staff have consistently gone “above and beyond” to provide both superior quality services, and extra-ordinary customer/client service.   I have always found the work done by ATS to be of the highest quality, and provided in as expeditiously a manner as was feasible.   And, ATS staff have always acted both courteously, and professionally.  In short, I have found working with ATS a pleasure and wish that my experience with other providers was as good.

Being visually/hearing impaired and a longtime client of Adaptive Technology Services (ATS) have provided not only exceptional on-site customized technical training but also quality installations of hardware and software support. I have known Steve Clark, owner & trainer for over 20 years and the ATS technical staff since the 1990s.  They have absolutely kept me current with the newest versions of software which significantly achieve my professional and personal goals with confidence and integrity! Thank you Adaptive Technology Services!

Adaptive Technology Services is a God send. The assessments, training, and follow up appointments are times I look forward to. I have had the pleasure of working with Silvana, Dawn, Atya, Chrissy and Steve. It is truly a pleasure to meet and learn from these Angels. I would not be able to continue to work in my current position wthout the support and training from ATS. I owe ATS more than a simple “Thank You”, I owe these people respect, loyalty, and my undying appreciation.

Adaptive Technology Services (ATS) was introduced to me seven years after I lost my vision. They assessed my home situation and my technology needs. The equipment they set me up with made me feel whole and productive again. Not only did ATS provide me with the equipment, they provided me with the training. Atya Ratcliff came to my home and began teaching me how to best utilize the equipment for my personal needs. Atya had a very informed and talented mind and a compassionate heart and I was fortunate to benefit from both. She not only shared her experiences but her short cuts and tips for my new equipment. I not only have the tools I need to move forward and thrive, I have come to realize that I am not disabled but differently abled.
